In this series, I aim to capture the authentic sounds and spirit of each city by recording locals and transforming their daily rhythms into a cohesive electronic track. For this episode, I wanted to go beyond the postcard-perfect sights and the hectic flow of tourists. I sought out the real Venetians-the ones who live here, away from the crowds, in the quieter corners of the city. It wasn't easy to find these hidden gems. Venice is a city that millions visit, but few truly know. I wanted to showcase the contrast between the bustling tourist spots and the serene areas where Venetians live their lives, far from the chaos. Every person you see in this episode actually lives here, embodying the soul of Venice through their voices, instruments, and everyday sounds. Thanks a million to all the beautiful souls who participated in this project. All their names are in the description.
