Hi dear, thank you so much for the recipe. I went to kuching 10 years ago and tried Kuching’s oyster pancake. It’s the best oyster pancake in the world! But as I remember they serve the pancake with salt sauce instead of fish sauce. Do you know how to make that salt sauce? 🥺

Hi, I'm glad you like oyster pancake as much as I do. As far as I understand, all local restaurant uses fish sauce with a few dash of white pepper. I have not heard of salt sauce before.

Hi, don't use kicap manis. Just use the normal dark soy sauce you can get in your asian grocery (老抽）. Mine is Lee Kum Kee brand, FYI.
