Thank you! <3 About the voice, well, it's a longer story, but the short version would that I chose the voice around 3 years ago, when I started working on the videos, and back then, elevenlabs wasn't yet what they are today. I kept an eye on them and I can't say that I found a voice with the sound I was looking for, something fit for an asura, like I feel this voice is. But yea, I would have liked for it to be a bit more expressive and I tried different solutions for it, including training an AI on my own computer, but the results were not great. And by now it's a bit late anyway, because this is a somewhat limited series. With the exploration the map Plains of Ashford, I will be done covering the 5 beginner maps + a few other topics, like the festivals. I hope that by doing so, I give new players a better grasp of the lore of Guild Wars, the history of the races, and the way maps are populated, so they can start exploring on their own. This is the reason that I try not to spoiler the main story :) As for appealing to a wider audience, honestly, even if all the players of Guild Wars would watch my channel, chances are that without sponsorships, begging for donations, and tones of commercials, this wouldn't be a profitable endeavor, because of the sheer amount of time it take to research, write, record and edit these video. I was in a position to do this for a while, and It's been a pleasure to work on these videos and to be able to share them with the people, and I've learnt a lot too :) That is not to say I will completely be done with the channel, I still have some stories I would like to cover. But I will drop those videos whenever I will find the time again and when the inspirations will hit me. So as they say: hit that notification bell ;)

If so, this is by design, as this is an older video that I've remastered - exported at a better quality to compensate for the youtube's compression, retouched the music a bit, fixed smaller issues - and I didn't want to bombard people with notifications for things that they have mostly seen before. But you should have gotten a notification for the "Short History of Ascalon", the intro for Plains of Ashford :)

Thank you, Mus! I changed the audio, turned the music up, and I've uploaded the video at 4k, so , after KZbin is done with it, you get it at least at HD. The watermark is on all videos, it says LK's TGTT [map initials] episode number. It used to be to the right side tho, now I've moved it to make room for a watermark from KZbin (when I'll get around to it XD).

I'm happy to heat that, Tester! The voice is AI, yes, I have a form of dyslexia, so it would be too complicated for me to voice act. Glad you like it tho, many people are avoiding the channel because of it. Anyway, I do these videos because I would have liked to watch something like that, something that showed love to the environment and those NPCs in different corners of the maps. Among other things, I wanted to be possible to use them for falling asleep, something I would do too, that's why I try not to have sudden loud noises in them (except in the intro for the April's Fool episode XD).

Another instance of such immortalization on this map, also regarding bunnies, is the Mini Springer Ramona, that you can make with the Hare Totem from Bjarni. That one is made by a dev in the memory of her sister's pet.

@@Lorekeen There are pets representing the IRL ones, NPCs named after the community members and employees, heck, even the Teapot in the PvP lobby that grants Might and Maguuma Burl that looks suspiciously like a Potato made of Wood...
