I did it! It took me an absurd number of attempts and a lot of save-scumming+10% speed. After clearing the north two towers, I also took out the third north tower with the 4 crossbowmen. Took a few attempts for archer miss rng and to split the crossbowmen correctly to fight 2 at a time, but meant I had lost far fewer troops while digging the moat. Even with that it was still very hard to storm the castle once the walls are breached.

The assignment said "break down walls and city is likely to surrender." I did not even fight with the riders. I literally sprinted to the walls, took down security and invaded the city. Burned it to crips and tore down the walls. I was wondering why I did not achieve victory. :D

I liked the game. But after a few playthroughs realized it had a "broken feature." You could build up your cities and armies, and as long as you didn't accumulate statesmen and those freedom bells. You could simply mass produce the freedom points when you wanted to fight the mother country. And by then be way too strong for the mother country to beat. If they would of designed it where the mother country made you play catch up... That might of worked better. Or a system where you couldn't control when the war would start.... But a broken mechanic on an otherwise great game.

Mine always launches a launcher that is needed to launch the game. Other games do the same thing. Such as , Cyberpunk.

How many guns and horses would you recommend to stock up on if your king has an army with like 60-70 units? Like 2000?

I got a quick question when the war is over and the world is closed and when it comes back online for a new war do you keep the same crowns and tokens or does it restart and give you a premium plus the two days when it comes to the first quest that gives you it or I think it's the tutorial?

Sadly 9 years too late I guess they fix the ability to change premium tokens between worlds 🥺

I would add thest mods to the lest: Planetfall and his modmod Conflict on Chiron (basicaly Alpha Centari on the engine of CivIV), Dune Wars, Rhye's and Fall of Civilization, PIe's Ancient Europe. All of these mods add cool new features to the game. Worth checking even in 2024.

Interesting, never saw this game before

The game could have been simply balanced by only adding premium token`s. so the game itself can sustain itself, with no cards being able to gain crazy advantages. Sure a premium token gives u auto stuff and more building capacity but thats why premium token. And i think that would be actually fair, since you pay that the game stays "online/alive".

Mission 10 I swear he build camp right where I had army set up because I didn't knew what was coming, and they destroyed the camp and all soldiers before they reached it. Speedrunned that mission within minute

Bro you probably won't see this but thanks man, I was trying for the longest time to figure this out but a brief start of the explanation managed to get me started real well. I downloaded a portable version of PCSX2 so i didn't have much of the weird fancy stuff other people had in their setups that let them just do a quick scan and set up of their controls.
