I had a crf100 a couple years ago, top speed was about 45. Changed the rear sprocket and got 51. But ended up selling it and buying a DRZ125L, much nicer bike. But not faster! lol

My dad convinced me to try his for a week. I'm 5'2, 140lbs and can drive it and park (using walking mode). Of course on a stop I lean on my left foot. I tip toe the ground if I try to put both feet down 😅. Its almost as easy to ride as my Shadow 750, once you get over how intimidating it is. Yes its heavy, but also well balanced.

The beginning is very useful. I wish we could have seen the other side when she had one foot on the peg and one on the ground so we could have seen a more practical stopping position. But, thank you for the info!

What about on comparatively heavier bikes like the CBR650R? Tried lower gears, high rpms but couldn’t get the wheel up no matter what. Do I have to have traction control off too?

Yea turn TC off and try 2nd gear around 20mph. Rev to like 7k and dump clutch while giving gas. Be careful

I have a 2012 Passat SE 2.5L Automatic 180k Miles. All original parts. 170HP 0-60 is in between 8-9 sec. Depends if i put it in Sport mode. I only added a sound system.

Yes, front forks typically are compressed some while transported.

@@TwoWheelTurbanmost people do. But you shouldn’t. That’s why they sell a piece to go between you tire and the under side of the handle bar assembly. This keep the suspension form compressing. The. You can tighten your straps without the bike going down and contacting the truck with the fender. This fixes both the problem you have and the one you didn’t know you had
