Didn't know about your heart surgery. Glad you are well. I'm due for Back Surgery sometime in the near future.... and I really want it to happen well before Archery Season..... Hope while I'm recovering I can get some bank Catfishing in ...

Steve, I'm still following your weight loss adventure..... I was 240 lbs last fall and not I'm down to 203 lbs... Most people are always in such a rush to lose pounds fast, but I have done that so many times before.... just to gain it all back.... I want to get down to maybe 190 lbs, but if it even takes three more months to get there , I know its going to happen..... Still enjoying my Oven Fried Catfish / salad and Home Grown Tomatoes or cantolope..

Steve, if you can, look into a strength training program. If you are cleared for that by your doctors reach out. I'll help you, gratis.

I know this is a old video, but I needed a reminder for the fishing jar trick. I knew it growing up in Louisiana. We always learned it the old way maybe because we was poor. But, we didn’t know it. This old school stuff is more reliable than any electronic out there.

Larger fish have more babies that survive, they taste like ass, they have toxins. Eat fish under 2ft long.

I'm glad you are ok Steve. One of the scariest things was when my father had his heart attack. However, he beat it and was back to catfishing. At 72 he's still going and asking me when we are going to go catch more. Good to see a video!!
