Great video again guys. I love coming along on your rides. Maybe one day I'll be able to do it for real. Your mental health talks are also really important - not enough people talk about their struggles. Everyday trials become huge psychological obstacles that seem impossible to negotiate, and we often worry about what other people might think about us as individuals. However, a great philosopher once said; the purpose of life as a human being is to be inspired, and to inspire, and you tick both boxes Amy. Keep it all going, I look forward to your next ride TTFN.

You two are so funny together! Sometimes Kyle is like an energetic high schooler, jumping off the front of a ride or just being goofy. Nice you have so many cycling friends -- you two deserve that.

Some old familiar places there for me. Dunstable Downs was one of my old routes to work. That view at Ashridge, Ivinghoe Beacon, which was probably my first long ride with my dad when I was 11. The top of the hill off the road has a trig point and is the start of The Ridgeway Footpath. I think your talk went well. I enjoyed it anyway. Interesting to me from a self improvement angle along with a podcast you were on that I stumbled upon. I think that it could be that you end up helping people after all via this You Tube channel by way of helping yourself and taking Kyle along for the ride, though it's looking like Kyle is brewing up for some real good rides as well. I hope he does! I don't think you have gained everything you can from cycling yet. But it looks to me that you are making good progress. To misquote Phil Anselmo, Ride long, ride legendary...🤟

Thanks Amy. Quick question - what is that Garmin model? Know nothing about them but like route being displayed , approx time, navigation as you go and the “hills” data as you cover them. Also how do you plot the route on to the garmin ahead of setting out .

Hiya! It’s the garmin edge 540 and I use the garmin app to plan my route and upload to my garmin from the app ☺️
