Oh bloody hell, make your minds up! First it was the P-Bass (my current instrument), then the Jazz and now the Rickenbacker! Personally, having inherited a Yamaha Tele six string from my Dad and it being so bloody good, I'm about to pull the trigger on a Yamaha BB234. It is as good as all of the above in most areas and is at least a quarter of the price of the mainstream names. As for "cool", don't give a toss!

I love how the intervals are so accurate and evenly spaced. Do you have a guitar tech or did you do that yoursel J.S Bach like ears.

As a 40 year old _I wouldn't say "ex-metalhead" but I ain't exactly jumping in the pits_ metalhead. I remember running to the dancefloor in Doncaster Karisma when the first "cut..." of this song came on. _-A bit-__ Extremely cringey now, innit?_ 11:45 and 6:25 🌶🌶🔥

This video perfectly demonstrates why I'm not a fan of sites like Noteflight. Yes, the tabs offered by instructors might be "accurate", but they lack dynamic articulation and feel off.

I think I need more Bass guitars - because I have one set up for slap and another for regular playing. I need some advice here? I even play a six string electric guitar with bass rhythem - what is wrong with me? As the back line mix I do play drums. Americans spell English words wrong. I am English now but f the English I want to do a george washington and leave. The English are a bunch of ass wholes and I don't like them. F those guys I want to be American.

Rickenbackers look like early AI trying to design a bass. It's like every aspect of it is wrong but it's still identifiable as a bass. That said, I kind dig them.

Hey guys, how can i relax my hands when playing chords on the bass? It really hurts after some time with all this tension.

I really like this type of video. It encourages creativity. That's the essence of being human. And it doesn't have to be songs you haven't heard before. This can be alternative bass lines and even several bass lines for the same song. I'd like to see videos like that.

Kings X, black flag!!! Doug is great for odd harmonies, think Scott would have a great time with it.

I own a Bongo and honestly love the way it looks. Granted the sheer versatility of it is the main reason to love it.

Having grown up in the '70s & '80s, I can report that NONE of ANY of this is actually 'Rock'. There is no Rock here.

Cliff used a lot of pedals aside from the obvious Morley Fuzz-Wah, Tubescreamer, & occasional EHX Big Muff, they were mainly experimentals that were either stolen, or only used like, 3 times. Here's a list of Cliff's reported pedals, not certain though: Boss DM-2 Delay Boss CS-2 Compression Sustainer MXR M143 Limiter MXR M134 Stereo Chorus EHX Bassballs Envelope Filter Washburn A-AD9 Analog Delay

Cliff’s Rickenbacker was HEAVILY modified. He put a Mudbucker from a Gibson EB-0 in the neck and a Jazz bass pickup in the bridge. It ended up breaking after a while. Not recommended.

I saw Papa Roach opening for Mötley Crüe back in 2007, it was freaking great. But compering Papa Roach with Linkin Park, c'mon now mate, you need to add on to your high octave Rock'n Roll knowledge..!! 💥❤️🔥🎸 However i think you did pretty damn good with you playing..🤘🏼
