I accidentally got some of that stuff from the back of the mirror in my ear, will it do something to my hearing? I can hear ringing noises now

I got some of that stuff from the back of the mirror in a cut on my hand, is it hazardous to my health?

Is rubbing some of that stuff from the back of the mirror in your eyes bad? I cant open my left eye and i could barely open my right one

Is tasting the stuff on the backside bad?? It left a bitter taste in my mouth and its kinda burning now...
