i love Rainn's POV in this book. what I love about this series is that both Rainn and Oraya are very, very flawed, but we understand their actions and we still root for them anyway (or at least I do).

I hate that people don’t want to read this book, I’m doing the tandem right now and ToD has been far from disappointing so far, I’m about 300 pages into both books and I genuinely have been enjoying it more than EoS so far but I think that’s mainly due to how many POVs EoS follows Also 100% yrene is THAT girl

my girl is iconic for watching the bedroom activities, but i gotta say that I didn't get strong beauty and the beast vibes from this story. still loved it though!

i agree that we jumped to some weird conclusions by the end, but I will forgive this book, because I liked it a lot, and it made sense for the characters and what we know about the world so far. can't wait for the next one!

this is my first time reading this series, and I'm really liking it so far. I'm almost done with the 1st book. I love the depth of characters, holy crap! Vincent is so complex. (Oraya too.) You can tell he does care for/love Oraya, but he has still traumatized her, neglected her, and isolated her. The nuances are just so delicious, esp because no one is completely evil or good, and I love that this book tackles this concept.

thank you so much for making these videos! i am obsessed with this story and watching your videos felt like hanging out with a friend who is equally as obsessed as me. i loved watching these after each book. i have multiple thoughts/questions i want to share with you. first things first.. do you think the albatross x Taylor Swift is about miss Celaena Sardothien/Aelin Galathynius?! i am so bummed that manon and dorian don’t officially end up together at the end. i understand your point about it being logistically difficult but i still wanted end game. manon hardly knew dorian and girly was saving his life left and right. i loved their banter. i honestly love them for alot of the same reasons i too LOVED elide and lorcan. i think lorcan and manon have a lot in common. i think my favorite part of the whole series is QoS - the manon aelin duel and then “witch killer the human is still inside him” .. payment for a life debt. full body chills!!!
