Im not buying a fake rolex because the real one it too expensive but because compared to all the authentic watches you can buy for the same price as a good clone (around $500) the clone has way better quality. The clone is the better value for money if compared to watches at the same price level (not compared to the original one)

In the pawn shop business you're trained to look for fit and finish on the dial. Any problems at all are a reason to consider it a fake. If you can't be sure you have to pass on it. Not worth the risk to get stuck with something you're not allowed to sell.
