Rs. 6 crores would be about right for this place. Why is the host trying to scale up the value of the place by spending way too much time on the "Antiques" The house actually got drowned out in the the Antiques Fest. The place has started looking a little dated and busy.

the apartments are not yet sold out the Four Seasons Luxury Residences could serve as a 5-star luxury serviced apartments . . . let's say someone wants to lease the entire property for commercial use . . . for e.g. sub-lease some of floors to Four Seasons & some floors to Four Seasons Executive Suites . . . guess Four Seasons won't entertain leasing such luxurious apartments to rival international hotel chains . . .
