Rich in doctrine & theology. Praise God for this song! A lot of contemporary so-called praise-&-worship songs i hear today are just theologically & doctrinally poor (if not bankrupt). They're typically filled in with hefty bars/measures of empty "whoas", empty "yeahs" & empty "ooohs" that's heavily underscored with elements of 'hipster'/"present-gen" styling in an attempt to sound relevant as more & more & even MORE churches today bring wordly things into their congregation to the point that even some of their so-called preachers themselves also often acted like clowns already on pulpit. ...strangely enough. The gospel, by 'ANOTHER' definition, according to Apostle Paul is "a stumbling block to the Jews & a folly to the Gentiles." It is scandalous & sufficient as it stood. It doesn't need any 'human intervention' of pampering or candy coating at all to make it sound politically correct. “A time will come when instead of shepherds feeding the sheep, the church will have clowns entertaining the goats.” - Charles H.
