Here is the doubled recipe: • Bread flour: 550 gm (4.4 cups, 19.4 ounces) • Milk powder: 40 gm (4 tosp) • Milk: 160 ml (0.68 cups, 5.42 ounces) • Egg: 2 (120 gm total) • Condensed milk: 60 ml (4 tosp) • Sugar: 20 gm (0.1 cups, 0.7 ounces) • Salt: 1 tsp • Unsalted butter: 60 gm (0.26 cups, 2.12 ounces) • Warm water: 30 ml (2 tosp) • Instant dry yeast: 7-8 gm (3.5 tsp) you don’t necessarily need to double the yeast when doubling the recipe. Yeast works by multiplying as it ferments, so even a smaller amount can leaven a larger quantity of dough, although it might take longer to rise.

My dough went from tacky to dry while kneading in mixer. Did I do something wrong?

It sounds like the dough might have over-kneaded or had too much flour. Check your measurements, knead at medium speed, and adjust liquid slightly if needed. Different flours absorb liquid differently, so add 1-2 tsp of milk or water if the dough feels too dry. Thanks
