Just kidding just gotta move the bracket on the aos up so it drops the aos it just barley fits and without both bolts but with the longer bolt in and snug it doesn’t move 👍

Love this exhaust on my wife’s 2016 Impreza. Great sound in the low end and no drone at all on the highway. Perfect balance. Low end tone sounds a lot deeper in person

How is the drone of these exhausts? I feel like anything with a muffler would cut the noise down too much and if I went with no muffler I would hear a drone on the highway at 70 MPH +

You have to get underneath the car to install a short shifter? How come in another video I watched, someone was able to install it all from the cabin? Or is it different depending on which short shifter you use?

He went underneath to change the pivot point and front bushing which are needed for the correct operation of the kit

Anyone trying to install a short shifter, use a drill bit to beat that pin out. Trust me, you'll thank me later 😅. After 15 minutes of not being successful with the allen wrench trick that ppl recommended, I pulled out my tool bag and found my drill bits that were so much more durable and shorter than an allen wrench. Took 30 seconds, that pin was out.

Does the shifter have to be in reverse or can it be in neutral when you put the Allen key from the underside.

Pushed that oem bushing with a thumb omg. I cut the rubber for an easy push. Installing the rear bushing was the hardest. Tip you can pull the link down where the kartboy shifter is connected with out damaging the boot just pop it back up. then use the link to push in the rear bushing against where it supposed to sit. It will pop in.

Here's our dual chamber for your model. The overall sound of this system is identical to our 5" muffler outside the car as well, for reference. The secondary chamber simply reduces in cabin noise. These cars do have a tendency to drone, so the muffler delete is a configuration you'd get if you just want a rowdy exhaust note on the regular. kzbin.info/www/bejne/bZ7dgKh9fbCXjq8

Only issue with it is that the KB rear linkage bushing is a fraction too small. Couldn’t get the bolts in, gave up.
