Woulda been more broken with the almight special tune giving you about 45% plus ultra right at the beginning of the match. Also is better to level up PU skins

Having builds in Ultra Rumble is amazing, but how long it takes to grind, having people be able to buy them with crystals AND not letting you use character perks of characters you don't own is just terrible.

@@yaboihi9055 No, you can't use them. One of the costumes that I needed to make a build requires me to use a Yellow Villain data before I can use the major perk. But I don't own Yellow Shigaraki and it wont let me make the build because of it.

@@shiroiku9314 yeah that suks, it's not good for f2p and new player who dont pull/cant get skill set or character, and profitable for whaler since they have costume and can buy a lot of resources with souls and crystal just to maximise it at day one and have more access 😢

If I remember correctly Denki in a full strike team does 101 damage, so with your build will be pretty busted

This would be really strong if you could find a constume that had red and blue but allowed to go to lvl 10 and 11 that would be 21 per kill meaning 4 kos = PU

I'm pretty sure that Denki's special action not stunning is a bug. There is a passive that nulifies the stun effect, however. But you are using a special slot just to counter Denki.

13:10 and 18:30 - Classic solo queue Cool builds man. I've heard that apparently the All Might special enhancement starts you off with 50% PU at max level in higher rarity outfits so that would go pretty crazy with this concept too.

It's really nice to see a pair of builds that do not have the Kota Finder perk in them. It really showcases the variety of builds you can make! Also nice to see these two build with skins that are not PUR. Nice video, dude!

@@BurningBlueStar18 Each costume has a different set of tunes and mini tunes that go along with them. For this set unfortunately you need to have Rapid Bakugo for the second slot, or GRIND enough memory fragments to use him. Mainly characters you don't have, you need to GRIND. which is why its P2w heavy in terms of straight up starting the season..

So sad how quick this game gonna die and its funny because before it came out all ppl could talk about is “of course its gonna be broken” and everyone was so hype about that not knowing that was gonna be the death of it. Having a completely unbalanced game is fine when playing on the couch with friends, not so much when its online randoms. Not to mention the lack of penalties on quitting for ranked which is kinda ridiculous for a 2024 game

@wolfenza yajirobe got nerfed now.bhe starts with only 2 and a half bars of health and doesn't start with 2 skill points like he used to. And also his sensu bean takes 6 skill points now... Thank God 🙏🙏🙏
