I Made Denki Busted With These Perks In My Hero Ultra Rumble!

With Season 8 also came the new mechanic in My Hero Ultra Rumble, Tunnings. Basically if you ever played a game like Dead By Daylight, they are bonus perks that offer you special stuff in game. I put together what I think is a great, and really funny, preset with these costumes if you don't have a PU costume!

@@BurningBlueStar18 Each costume has a different set of tunes and mini tunes that go along with them. For this set unfortunately you need to have Rapid Bakugo for the second slot, or GRIND enough memory fragments to use him. Mainly characters you don't have, you need to GRIND. which is why its P2w heavy in terms of straight up starting the season..

Effects dont stack so there is no reason to have 2 gamma atk boosters and 2 hp attack boosters

Having builds in Ultra Rumble is amazing, but how long it takes to grind, having people be able to buy them with crystals AND not letting you use character perks of characters you don't own is just terrible.

I mean technically u can use them, u just have to farm ALOT, as u can’t supplement thier data

@@yaboihi9055 No, you can't use them. One of the costumes that I needed to make a build requires me to use a Yellow Villain data before I can use the major perk. But I don't own Yellow Shigaraki and it wont let me make the build because of it.

​@@shiroiku9314 yeah that suks, it's not good for f2p and new player who dont pull/cant get skill set or character, and profitable for whaler since they have costume and can buy a lot of resources with souls and crystal just to maximise it at day one and have more access 😢

@@shiroiku9314 You can still get memories of characters you don’t own, I have some for mirio and hawks and own neither of them (still takes too long to grind tho since it’s completely random)

I'm pretty sure that Denki's special action not stunning is a bug. There is a passive that nulifies the stun effect, however. But you are using a special slot just to counter Denki.

@@Wolfenza you can only stun twice, at least that's how it was in Season 1. Denki Special into Gamma gives 2 stuns, trying to stun again gives a hard knockdown. With Denki's currently bugged Special you can't even stun once. The Special flinches them and the next Gamma will knock down.

13:10 and 18:30 - Classic solo queue Cool builds man. I've heard that apparently the All Might special enhancement starts you off with 50% PU at max level in higher rarity outfits so that would go pretty crazy with this concept too.

This would be really strong if you could find a constume that had red and blue but allowed to go to lvl 10 and 11 that would be 21 per kill meaning 4 kos = PU

I have sony vegas, so I split the track and the one I want to change I click on track motion/crop button. Then you mess with the Key points on the crop timeline {the little diamonds if you use sony vegas}

@@ravionjohnson8852 honestly i don't know i just remember that using speed cards makes Kiri's performance go up so i was looking to see if tuning can achieve the same result I'm still yet not able to play the game sadly
