Watched this video when you first posted it. Watching this again today makes me realise that some of your methods & beliefs in healthy nails are myths. Use builder gel to protect your nail. That's it. All of these things you tried and they still break. Also look at the amount of products you used. They are all to no avail.

I grow my nails long as well, but for carrying stuff all the time or smacking my hands in an accident, I just end up with my index and thumb nail broken and i dislike un even nails or chipped nails. I tried painting it to make it stronger hold😂

Silk wrap is no joke. It works. I added it to almost all of my long natural nails for strength and accidentally hitting my nails against something!! I love it!!

Cleaning at home can be done with vinegar baking soda and tea tree oil or lavender or peppermint oil. No need to poison yourself with chems

Reaching out for help because I’ve noticed this is an issue for me. I work at an elementary school, and because I’m constantly washing my hands. I notice, especially during the fall and winter, that my nails essentially fall apart. I was curious if anyone else has this problem and how they combat it. Loved the video as always!! Do I understand you correctly, base coat is a regular nail polish base coat? As opposed to gel or anything that needs a UV light to cure? Also they spear to remain flexible - is that right? How much strength is added? Considering trying this on my natural nails without any extensions for strength. I had two finger nails break yesterday 😢, had to clip them no matter what cuz they snapped so messy and horrible. I guess having pretty nails for the long run takes patience so I will now wait for them to grow out fully and slowly even it out to match the rest. 🥲😔❤️‍🔥

I started taking a daily double dose of Vit D during the recent health emergency. I kid you not, my nails grew so strong & long that it was a whole new hassle of its own. Note, I almost never use polish so this may be a factor too. Recommend you give it a go.
