Thank you for this information. Since you mentioned carbon footprint, I thought I would share what our family does. We carry some of our reusable glass containers to the restaurant. This helps us avoid the styrofoam (awful for the environment) and makes reheating so much easier. Even a reusable plastic container is better than the single use plastic and styrofoam. Also, look up The Cross Legacy for produce storage.

I ditched the bins and I have found ZERO difference. I think this may make a difference if you remove produce from bags, but other than that... no difference. Removing the bins gave a lot more storage space.

If you get a good quality contact paper and make sure when you apply it there’s no bubbles it’ll look great. I also haven’t had issues with staining.

@HunnersDesigns Very inspiring video! I love having things organized and just bought a new refrigerator after 24 years with the old one. Still trying to get used to where to put things so this is very timely for me. Ummm, just in case you'd like to fix a tiny problem, there's a typeo here "Today's video is all about thow to organize..." ;)🤓

There are actually waterproof stain resistant contact paper. They're not all the same

You have to do an epoxy sealer. I’ve seen some amazing results. Don’t use the clear paper. The epoxy if done right makes it look real to casual viewers.

I've had mine for about 2 years now. It looks exactly like new. I gotta say, I wasn't expecting it to last this long.

I put some down on an apt counter and it looked the same the day I left as the day I installed it, 6 1/2 years later. I always had a house full - adult kids, 4 grandkids and anybody they could drag along. Just get quality contact paper. I got mine from Lowe’s - and it wasn’t expensive.

My first time seeing your videos. You are the niche. It's not just your home, it's you and your tribe connects with you for that reason. Definitely wouldn't compare yourself to anyone because there are more people like you than those with higher and often faux lifestyles. I know you're going to do great being your authentic self! ❤

I put a clear coat on top of mine with good quality paper holds up great. When removing I just used paint thinner and then peeled. Then alcohol wash to get stick off.

Since this project was done 3 years ago, how is the stone wall? I heard that you should use cement board when using stone tiles due to the weight. I'd love to hear your experience at this point in time. Also, your links are not working. I wanted to check the links for the stones but they dont work. Thanks

China made products will fail you every time. Just something you learn by trial and error. Buy American made products if you want quality. Most manufacturers will guarantee the products and you won't be disappointed.

Vinegar doesn't really work when cleaning food. It doesn't kill the bacterias. A few drops of bleach (in a recipient with water that covers the vegetables) is the right choice and will do a lot better.

Hello, may i ask at 1”49, you screwed up a white part, is that attached with the pendant kit originally? I wonder if you drilled the hole to let the socket go through the basket hole, how do you hold the basket?

Sound good in theory but a lot of seniors living in apartments or even handicap apartments that have a small, extremely small kitchen and a small fridge only two bins most peoples taller than the fridge just about. Would love to see someone do the videos and the food prep, etc., on the small fridge in senior apartments they don’t come with no big fancy refrigerator, the ones where I live look like they lost in the 90s or the 80s😮😮😮

Great job regardless. I feel you pain with the stain. I’m in the I’m making a wood wall and had the same issue, so I just purchased another color to hopefully correct the issue. Wood glue would work better but excellent job nonetheless. I would try staining again or mixing the stains you have, you may come out with a color you like
