I'm having a he'll of a time installing the door handles they don't want to stay on. Door panel is to think in that area? Or door handle cup isn't deep enough. Do I need to drill hole in panel to screw handle on?

The track width isn't wider, the frame rails are narrow and taller than the factory, thus giving you more room to the inside 😂

Cute couple. Always better off getting the metal straight, don't like body filler at all, would much rather build up with primer than use body filler, but you can only do that if your metal is nearly straight.

Nice! Short, sweet, accurate, and super helpful. Just what I needed to address several spots on my little ex-racer bugeye Sprite. Twenty years ago a family member who'd been doing comercial body work for decades explained the very same approach but seeing it made it real for me. THANKS!

I always thought the Mustang 11 was from 1974 - 1978. The title was somewhat confusing as I thought 1970 front ends were similar to previous models.

I think this method is probably okay if you don't have a dash pad in already. Just did it this weekend and it got urethane all over the dash and left the bottom edge looking awful. If I did it again, I'd put the urethane on the car first like you had mentioned. Not sure if I want to redo it just yet, but not happy with the results. Just a heads up to anyone else that may attempt to do themselves, the bottom does NOT need as much urethane as the rest of the windshield as it will bulge out inconsistently across it. Would also recommend a powered caulking gun because that high viscosity is a PITA to get flowing!

The moment you hear the loud pinging from hammer on-dolly you are stretching…not the correct process. Even though the original dent appears flat where the torch was used, the space behind the ends of the ruler while checking progress indicates the dent is now an outward bulge. A donut dolly would have been a good alternative for eliminating the dent without damaging the paint finish

@@RS-gh2mf No need to go into personal attacks, just trying to help you out. 4:42 shows a gap at the end of the ruler. This isn’t possible unless you have an outward bulge, which means the panel is still stretched. Hammer on-dolly and a pinging noise is a good indicator that stretching is occurring. Last I checked you don’t fix a stretched panel with more stretch. Hammering the heated area flat should stop as soon as you hear that first ping. You’re welcome.
