People always want someone to blame. An upgraded product normally costs more than it's predecessor. If you don't want to spend the money for one, tell your kid that instead of blaming it on the manufacturer.

A Super Nintendo was 457.00 in today's money. That's entertainment and a baby sitter for ALL your kids for a yearly investment of less than 50 bucks. L Mom.

1:17 If you're a real good player, say, you've got the skill of a 9 or 10 year old....😂 If I was 9 or 10, I'd want the skill of a 40 year old discord mod. 1:29 GOOD LUCK WITH TAKING A STAND, MOM! I'm in my 40s and I can safely say, Nintendo has not reviewed your message.

My parents forbid video games, and now that I'm an adult I can buy all the games and hardware I want. What's funny is that my dad now optimizes video games for a living.

This is EXACTLY why parents need to sit down with their kids and take a real interest in their kids' lives. They would at least understand WHY their kids wanted an SNES when they already have a NES.

Women absolutely hate men having fun without them. Literally every male focused hobby in history gets attacked and ridiculed. (Apart from sports, but women still hate mens obsession). Only when females are into men's hobbies do they become "Cool" instead of sad or obsessive. Men dominate every competitive area because women don't get single-mindedly obsessive, they care too much what people think.

And so it continues. My goofball kids are sitting in their rooms with headphones on and talking to their friends while playing with them at the same time. New playstation 5 and a new xbox. Freakin dorks. Can't build a fire, wash a towel, mow a yard, grow a garden, kill and clean a deer, catch and clean a fish....etc. I just realized how bad of a parent I am...

They didn't have to ban their kids from playing games. Just set rules and boundaries for moderation, like putting the console away for the week and letting them use it on weekends if they have been responsible all week. This is what my parents did and it worked really well. It's all about moderation and responsible use.
