Cars in Australia get a lot of stone chips due to the mix they use for the bitumen. By the way, the paint won't go off...those base coats don't have hardener in them and won't last long either if not covered with 2k clear.

I used to have a huge Jacaranda tree like that in my yard. Unfortunately I had to cut it down to make way for my man shed ! Priorities right ? Beautiful tree, but very messy mate.

We used to paint the washer bottles to stop them growing algae. Our dealer affectionately called it the "Snot bottle rework" because the algae came out like piles of snot

I’m moments from signing off on a VS Clubsport in manual. Something you would likely appreciate. Reallllly tidy unit. Curious, does the lack of grunt bother you? Knowing full well I won’t be able to give it the usual tickle with an exhaust/tune and get reasonable results. I’ve had numerous LS1 through to LSA’s.. Outright performance not the goal here, but still want it fun/rewarding to drive.

HSV VR Senator is looking gorgeous! If you want to protect your car, you should replace those unsafe 13 year old tyres. Insurance companies would use those old tyres as an excuse to deny any accident claim.
