@@MindieJ The EVO is a very nice example. The WRX will be just as good once you put your touches on it too. Brings back memories, I was a Master Tech at Subaru in the early 2000’s. Still got a soft spot for the GC8’s.

That was a lot of jobs for sure. The bonnet tidy up is nice. I'll check if i have a spare bolt for your Naca duct. Good idea replacing the tired rad fan as its best to replace it when they are still available and haven't shattered into a hundred pieces. Looks like those V-Band clamps were on your pipe so you could quickly swap your Cat in and out.

I bought the upper and lower radiator hoses but forgot the clamps lol. Now i know I need them. Piping looks good but.

Not sure where you would get it but we use mould release at work. Used it on my own cars too. inject it right between the plastic and door. Let it sit and with a bit of heat they come off with no problem.

Have you tried a caramel wheel to remove the adhesive? So quick and safe on paint. Just on a drill.

Just got to be careful with RPM, practice on a random piece of something as you can damage the paint if you try hard enough - ask me how I know!

Apparently the rain guards aren't faded. That is the original JDM color. I'm in the same boat as you far as the original rain guards... I was actually going to put them back on but now I found this video where you put on black ones and I have a blue Evo 4 And you can get a rubber wheel for an electronic drill to remove that Double-Sided tape.
