Hi! 🙂 Unfortunately, as a decision made by our headquarters over a year ago, our stainless steel premium models are no longer in production. The frames we have available now are made of steel and aluminum with a black-powder coated finish. There is ultimately no functionality difference between the two finishes! Hope this helps clarify.

Hi i ordered a bellicon rebounder on 25 November 2024.order no US25404. I got a email from FEDEX IN on 11 December 2024 asking for KYC for customs clearance. I completed my KYC and filled up ADDRESS AMENDMENT DECLARATION because the address on my government i.d. (aadhar) and delivery address are not same.they have accepted my KYC and Address Amendment Declaration. Now they are asking for letter from shipper requesting amendment. I don't know how to contact the Shipper. It says the Shipper is from Germany. I have sent emails to bellicon .but haven't got any reply. Can you please help? Thank you

Hi! This would be a 44" model! Our black powder-coated steel frames have the exact same functionality as the stainless versions had. 🙂 Unfortunately, we no longer make the stainless steel models.

@belliconusa Is the bounce/rebound good? I want something fun, that way I'll be more inclined to stick with it.. I have a bungee and spring type, both are good, but the bungee type has a dead spot at the bottom of the bounce, so there is no good spring back, like the spring one has. What is the brand in the video? Or is it your own brand? Thanks 😊

Yes! We do offer shipping direct to any address in India. Be sure to have the name and address on the order match what's on your government issued identification card/passport and there will be no problems with delivery. 🙂

At present most of online orders that are delivered by road are canceled due to ethnic strife/ war in Manipur. the only option is by flight. I would like to order a rebounder . I hope there will be no problem. I have rheumatoid arthritis and osteopenia. My weight is 57 kg. Is it ok if i take 'strong ' bungee , 44 inch and one support handle.And thanks for the reply.

@@kavitasalam1313 Strong bungees would be the best option for you! All of our international shipments are flown into the nearest delivery facility to the address. Based off your info, I would use your own discretion then if you believe you will able to get it delivered to your door as it will need to be loaded onto a truck for delivery to your door from the airport.

You can still do these same workouts barefoot as well. 🙂 Our trainers are typically filming more than one video in a day so wearing shoes helps support their feet for long filming days.

Does anyone think that rebounding is a poor decision to do if you have a compromised back? Or is this exercise beneficial to a back to make it stronger?

We always recommend speaking with your doctor to confirm rebounding is safe for you with any back/neck problems! With that being said, the bellicon is great for rehabilitative purposes is terms of building up muscle strength to help take pressure off your back which helps relieve back pain long term. 🙂

I am struggling to decide between stron and extra strong bungee. I am 150 lbs. i have strong legs and feet. I want to use the rebounder as warm up and cool down to more strenuous exercise and also want to use it throughout the day for 5 - 10 minutes to renergize. I also would like to follow some you tube workouts but i do a lot of cardio and strength off the rebounder as well. The configuroator suggests strong for my weight but extra strong if i want to do cardio. What is the pros and cons of each ? If i go extra strong will it not be as effective for light health bounce ?

Hi Sandra! Great questions! Strong would work just fine for gentle health bouncing - if you want to do mostly fast paced work the extra strong would be the way to go. I would try the strong to start and note we have a 10 day bungee swap policy if you need to use it to change your mind or try a different strength 🙂

I’m on my health and weight loss journey. Currently I’m 226 pounds and I rounded up my weight with the little indicator to 250. I’m wanting a rebounder for lymphatic system, bones and losing weight. So I’ll be using it in the beginning mainly just bouncing with keeping both feet on the mat. I’m worried if I do the extra strong as the system suggests that it might be too hard. I’m not sure what to do? I just don’t want to cause any potential knee issues.

Hi there! Thank you for writing! I would recommend the extra strong to begin with. You can then in a year or so swap to the strong if you like. We also have a 10 day bungee swap policy so you can email us and change it out as needed 🙂
