Yellow foam generally a form of bile, onek khan khali pet e thakle vomit kore, but since you are saying o thik time e diet niche, ami bolbo ja ja khache, for 2-4 days ekta ekta kore element diet theke off kore dekhun. Atleast you will be sure that if the puppy is having any intolerance to any of them
