I had 2 grams MSM with 2 grams vitamin C and I was very healthy. I moved to another country and my routines changed and I forgot MSM and Vit C and last year I had a minor stroke. I am going to restart it again. God willing.

These deeper looks didnt seem to contradict the previous studies mentioned before, rather only supported further data that reishi can preserve testicular health and prevent testosterone to being converted to DHT. While both of these have their own benifits, as well as the rat study you mentioned, how do they correspond with the google study? It seems the new data only suggests the preservation of testicular cells and the prevention of DHT conversion. While high DHT has its drawbacks, a regular DHT level wont always lead onto male pattern baldness, and enlarged prostate. Though preservation of testicular cells is great, the previous study still seemed to suggest reishi was harming testosterone production, IN LIGHT of reducing DHT conversion. The conclusion being that reishi was inhibiting testosterone seemingly came from nowhere? How did the medical journal at face value display such a conclusion if in reality the entire time reishi was preserving testosterone and only slowing down DHT conversion? Please correct me if I took something wrong from the video!

I statyed taking msm when my rehumathoid arthritis was really bad and as a side effect my hair grew extremely long and thick. I stopped taking it for a while after a big move and some extreme life changes, and noticed my hair was thinner than before and my arthritis was acting up again. I remembered this supplement, and now that im back on it everything is better and my hair is growing again lol

So, I just turned 54 and may be in need of true pro-heart healthy supplements. But I need one that I can absorb at my age. Simply, which should I get: MitoQ, straight COq10 or Ubiquinol?

Personally I wouldn't use too much activated charcoal although I keep it on hand for emergencies, as it can be carcinogenic. Modified citrus pectin the best from my experience, Econugenics, lost 30 lbs from getting rid of toxins hidden in my fat cells! I have lots more work to do because I can't leave this house or put out thousands of dollars for a service to come in and remedy it.

First: if you are talking about just dairy--good luck with that. Nowadays much of it is nonfat and from what I read, the process of removing the fat from the milk takes out precisely what is needed, i.e., C-15. Full fat kefir that is grass fed and raw is very hard to find and when I found it at a health food store that happens to carry it this kind of kefir it was over seven dollars a quart, which is about twice as much as the low fat variety, readily available. Second: for those of us who are diabetic, I would surmise that we need far more C-15 than this tiny amount you are suggesting to jump start a recovery from diabetes. (Allopathy has NO answer for diabetes beyond taking drugs forever. Don’t even go there.) Third: I never heard of this fruit you are talking about. And this too, begs the question: what good is there to suggest a fruit that is not readily available and if we do happen to find it, it could be just like the raw milk, grass fed full fat kefir, that is, it cost twice as much as what is commonly available and what is affordable. Nowadays food is costly so price is always a consideration. In the final analysis supplementation might be the best alternative for a diabetic, but the price of what I saw was prohibitive at $100 dollars a bottle. Food science needs to be revamped to be less profit driven and unbiased.

Sure diet IS best. But WONT WORK if not available. I get tired of all this miracle food one NEVER HEARD OF, and is ONLY FOUND on some exotic place in the world also NEVER HEARD OF and definitely NOT found in the suppliment isle !!😤😡 And IF - IF found in a health food store, is SOOOO DARN EXPENSIVE you need to take out a mortgage to afford a bottle!!😤😡 NO! And i cannot believe that a continent as big as from northern Canada down to Central America, with a variety climates and geography, that there isn't SOMETHING that wouldn't work just as well, is rather local, easy-to-attain at an affordable price!☹️😤😡NOPE!! This is just insane!😡
