up‘s video was crystal clear! Let me share my recent experience. I recently had to switch to Zapier because an app I needed wasn't compatible with Integromat (Make) yet. Man, what a journey! 😅 The whole process has been quite a headache - what would be a simple step in Make turns into this long chain of actions in Zapier. Here's a perfect example: I spent FOUR HOURS trying to figure out how to sum up numbers in line items. Such a basic task, right? I went through countless Google searches and zapier community posts, tried every suggestion I could find, and still couldn't get it working. This really showed me how messy their function system is and how poor their compatibility can be. The whole experience just makes me miss Make so much. Their straightforward approach would have made this a breeze. But hey, sometimes you gotta work with what you've got, even if it's not ideal! 😅 Really wish I had a choice here, but when you need something to work, you just have to deal with it!

Do you know how you can check (within an automation) whether a custom field is empty or not? You used to be able to select If custom field is greater than... and then leave the field empty and that did the trick, but that's not possible anymore.

Hey Max Can you please let me know if you can put a field into a form to "add Notes" to a contact? I can't seem to find any information on this one so don't believe it exists. Also one other question about your video, if you have multiple downloads available on your website should I set up multiple download fields or a checkbox field with all the download names that can be ticked if the contact downloads multiple things? How to you segment based on behavior

Curious if you have any updatesd videos? I want to set a custom field to increment by 1 (using Google sheets to manage coupon codes). You use to be able to create action > set customer field > enter field and then put "increase value by 1" in the operation then add value as 1. For the life of me I cannot figure out the new way based on changes made to Manychat UI. There is no longer an "operation" section in set custom field.
