11:20 shouldn´t it be set to "or" instead of "and"? Or did i get something terribly wrong? With "and" they must fit ALL your set conditions, right? Thanks for the walkthrough

Hey Christian! It's set to 'and' because I want all those conditions to be true 😄 - Has not entered the onboarding automation before AND - Tag does not exist 'registred' AND - Tag does not exist 'signed up' If it would be set to 'or' - it would continue if only one of those things is true. Hope that makes sense!

Hi Max With the Goal set, how do I add the goal if the booking is made away from any system linked to ActiveCampaign? For example - A client calls one of my switchboard staff, to book into a course, but she doesn't have access to AC. Is there a smart way to set this remotely?

When I test my automation with the view, I can skip certain steps. But for instance when there is a "add contact to custom audience" action, there is no action and there is nothing else I can do.

You need to go to a contact's profile, then click the name of the automation, and there you can click a button to view the process of that contact in the automation. If that contact is then currently in a waiting step, you can click skip right next to it.
