Do you always do such high reps for a set? I've been doing a lot of 3x5 or 3x3 which have produced results, but curious since clearly the strength is there.

No offense taken. I have a fair bit, but without proper coaching until 2019, when I trained kickboxing. 2024 is the first year I've had boxing coaches.

Thanks for posting this. I still work out daily mostly heavy kettlebells. Heading into my mid 60’s now and see many people becoming vulnerable both young and old. I have practiced Karate’, some Muy Thai but both have fallen off after some surgeries, injuries and complacency. Looking to reboot to reduce my vulnerability.
