I have a 2019 golf r and a full set of rs3 2019 front calipers discs and dust cover plates will they fit straight to the golf r hubs ok I do know I need the longer hoses as well any help would be much appreciated.

I was running a Holley 750cfm double pumper with mechanical secondaries. If I could do it again I'd try a 650cfm carb. I changed to EFI because I wanted the ability to datalog and have more control over my ignition advance throughout the whole rpm range.

@ ok thanks! Im debating on carb or efi. I like the simplicity of carb but now that you mention all of the benefits of efi i might go down that road. Thanks again I really appreciate your it. This helps me learn how to expand my options with my drift car. If you have stickers and other much I will Make sure to pick some up!!!

No, the car won't "need" a tune. It will run just fine without a tune. However, in order to take full advantage of the new parts you just purchased a tune would be required. A tune would unlock the extra power this modification provides you with.

Good video! I like seeing a 351W in a new edge. I have a spare 408W that I'm waiting to find the eight chassis to drop it in. Something newer than a foxbody with suspension and chassis work done!

Hey, I want to do this in the future. 2 quick questions, did you have to change the k member? I know you a have stick, but does the 351w bolt to the 4r70w?

If you want to use OEM off the shelf engine mounts. Yes you have to change the k member to a 94-95 mustang GT k member. I'm not sure what automatic transmissions work with a 351w. I've only researched manual trans setups

That's a C/R for street and can run 87 octane. From the factory was 9:1. Pushrods typical only go as high as 10.3:1 by design under 93octane. The newer engines can go higher C/R due to better cylinder head design (4V) and even higher from DI.

I chose to do 9.2:1 compression for durability reasons. I'll add nitrous later. This is my drift car. My last two engines were 11:1 and they blew up from heat.

Probably, as there are no dual exhaust indents in the rear bumper but I could be completely wrong.

Yes haha our mustang started life as a V6 automatic in 2003. We have basically turned every single nut and bolt on this car lol now it's a 5.8L V8 5-Speed manual transmission XD

I cut the bracket off and welded it slightly higher up and on the right side of the tube. It was originally bolted to the header so i did the same thing and used the header bolt to hold it on.

No, different length/fitting to calliper, you have to use ttrs/rs3 lines

For the two small holes you drilled , do those lines go to something inside it? Sorry this is the first intake I’ve ever installed and didn’t realize I’d have to drill into it. Mines a 99

they do not connect to anything inside the intake. Both rubber grommets are for a vacuum hose, with male barbed fitting, as well as a intake air temp sensor. the temp sensor should fit nicely inside the larger rubber grommet.

Take the 6.6 box off the intake it a silents the turbo just need a 2 in boot from home depot and a hose clamp get more turbo noise

New to your page here. I am looking for some advice on what parts to buy to improve our 1985 F150 carbed 302W. We keep burning thru the TFI ignition module mounted on the distributor. So we are looking for some advice on what the best Distributor/Ignition system replacement might be. We hate this Ford ignition system with a passion. Totally unreliable and its left us stranded a few times, more so lately, so its time for an upgrade that totally gets rid of that crappy Ford OEM system.Also...We want to add a 4bbl carb to this so any recommendation on what intake/carb combo would work best for bone stock iron heads and if you know, what kit we should/ or need to buy to address the carb connection for the AOD transmission. We are totally not mechanic....but we are capable of moderate wrenching with some good guidance... any info would be great.

Just installed mine last night and got it to fit without cutting, you just need to move the middle bolt all the way up on the bracket. I’m debating whether or not I’m going to cut it still because I’m planning to cut my front license plate cover for ventilation.

Sounds great! I plan to do the same to a clean V6, but with Cleveland heads and a carb.
