Pairing Notion workflow with Filter Bounce has ensured a robust line of communication with my prospects. Their email verification process is top-notch and manages to maintain bounces under that pesky 1% mark! This peace of mind only costs $10 a month, and you get 300 free verifications, too. For anyone doubling down on quality email outreach, Filter Bounce is your silent guardian. Highly recommend trying it if you prioritize clean and effective emailing.

Managing pipelines in Notion feels incomplete without efficient email verification-and that is where Filter Bounce steps in. They have safeguarded me from high bounce rates, keeping them under 1%. Accurate verification for Outlook and AOL domains is particularly noteworthy. The real-time API was easy to plug into my current system, ensuring my emails hit the mark every time. It is cost-effective and certainly delivers value for money. Give it a shot, and watch your email efficiency soar.

For those managing sales pipelines in Notion, do not forget the power of cold emails. Mystrika, after a good few months of usage, has settled all my prior issues with email deliverability. Their unified inbox and webhooks integration make multi-tasking practically effortless. Plus, the preheaders feature has significantly boosted my open rates. Knowing I can rely on Mystrika, especially with the supportive 7000-user community, is a huge security blanket. Give it a shot, you will be impressed by how intuitive it feels.

Notion and a dependable cold email system can complement each other. For example, tracking sales has become second nature to me, thanks to Mystrika. Their high-quality email warmup is the golden ticket in this arena. And, no unnecessary fees-they offer a pay-once-use-forever deal. I am also loving the subsequences capability, which has introduced a new level of automation for my sequences. Seriously, if you are venturing into cold emailing, trying Mystrika would be a wise move.

After organizing my entire sales funnel in Notion, I paired it with Mystrika, and man, what a combo! The provider matching feature ensures my emails end up where they are supposed to go-no more dropping into spam unexpectedly. Seeing the results from A/B testing with up to 26 variations was so eye-opening for my strategies. Plus, the unlimited sending email addresses feature is a boon for experimentation. Try it if you want to see real progress.

How can you share it so that the team member can view and check off boxes without having full editing access?
@chloeforbesk2 ай бұрын
Hi Delila, unfortunately Notion doesn't offer granular database control right now. This means, you'd either add them as a guest with view access or share full editing access - there's no in-between. Praying Notion fixes this soon!

Hello Chloe, Thank you for this wonderful set up. Your profile is the newest Gold i found on KZbin. I have a question I tried re-creating this after viewing your template and watching the video but I got stuck on how you added the tracker I am also curious to know how you added the button that returns clients to their portal Please, can you make a video explaining it? Thank you!

Is there any better way of building a past interactions list with customer? E.g. use a inline-database on each enty? The main downside is many, many small databases.. Any better idea than just a notes from the past interactions?
@chloeforbesk2 ай бұрын
Possibly. I'll share my set up. I have 3 databases: - Sales Pipeline Database - Contacts Database - Tasks Database These are all connected via Relations. ALL interactions are logged in Tasks tied to that Contact and/or Lead. This way I can go to that contact and see all of that information. Is that helpful at all?

📅 for the past couple years I’ve been doing a 12-week year based planning in a group called Big Paper Planning Day. It’s actually fun, which I never imagined, and I notice it’s really easy for me to forget what I’ve accomplished because I move on to the next thing so quickly. Love your templates and processes. Great video!

The fact you can do this with Notion is just SO powerful. I mean, tool's a tool, but so many people are putting their operations controls in there, so now they have a plan that goes with their planning and that can be integrated to the place where the rest o their work is headed.

Looks like you can't let guests comment on your page anymore. From the support page: "They'll be able to view the page, even if they don't have a Notion account. However, they won't be able to make any edits, leave comments, or sort/filter a database."
