Just found you today and this is exactly what I was looking for. I like how you showed where you can edit the fields and make your own templates.

hey, I love your content calendar! just one question - is there a way for post, in weekly scheduler, to disappear automatically when next week arrives?
@chloeforbesk10 ай бұрын
Yes! You can create a filter > Publish date > create advanced filter > Set publish date to 'relative to this week'. I hope that helps :)

Hey! How do I make it show the posts are showing up in the 'weekly scheduler'? And then how can I make it so that the previous week's posts archive and update each week?
@caryl466 Жыл бұрын
do i have to manually delete everything once its been posted? there's an archive property but its just a property so nothing really happens after that in my end
@chloeforbesk Жыл бұрын
You can create ‘archive’ as a step after published. I then add add a filter that doesn’t show archived posts. If you ever wanted to delete these posts, you can apply a filter to only show archived posts then click the box at the top to select and delete all.

@@caryl466 I just wrote an email newsletter about that. I'm convinced EVERYONE goes through that phase with Notion. Myself included. Super fun when you get the hang of it. I'm really glad the template is helpful. If you have any other questions, let me know. I'm here to help! :)

Hiya , random question - is there a way to see who has duplicated a notion that I have made public ? Like their name or email?
@chloeforbesk Жыл бұрын
Not that I know of. The way I’m currently doing it is asking people to sign up via email. I can see if they click the link in my email provider. It’s not the same. I would LOVE this feature!

@@chloeforbesk Thanks so much for the answer! I ill try using the way you said above- appreciate you answering

@@sharextra6844 I see it in any email I send out with the link. As in, I can see who opened the email and who clicked the link to my Notion page. I hope that helps some.

Hi Rose, I'm so sorry. You should have access now if you hit refresh on the tab.
