Switched from Iphone to Samsung...best ever decision...never look back... Though it took me quite a while to decide...should have decided way earlier. Used iPhone since 2010...switched to Samsung in 2020...darn I was late to the game...

I switched from the iPhone 14 Pro to the Galaxy S24, and I don’t like it. I’ve been using iPhones since 2007 and grew up with them. Over the years, I’ve tried Android devices to see if they’ve improved in terms of user experience, but my opinion hasn’t changed. Android still lacks the refined design and seamless experience I enjoy with iOS. Apps on Android are built for a wide range of devices, so they never feel truly optimized for a specific brand or model. The interface on Android is inconsistent as well. Yes, you can customize it, but I prefer technology that works perfectly out of the box. Customization often means extra work, especially after software updates that reset your settings. So, I’m going back to my iPhone 14 Pro. That said, I do appreciate Android’s file management system and the ability to connect to a screen via DeX. Those features are excellent, but they’re not enough to make me stay.

Regarding Apple's customer service, I never needed any customer service for any of my Android phones back in the day. I guess I'll be returning to Android this 2025 because the fucking iOS 18 updates ruined everything.

Just ordered an s24 ultra, watch 7 and galaxy buds 3 pro. So tired of iPhone and iOS. Been using iPhone for the past decade or so. But I’m excited. I still have my iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and HomePods. But I also use Gmail and google stuff a lot so. Hopefully it won’t be too painful

Do NOT BUY - their return policy is a money making ripoff. I purchased a case which took a lengthy 3 weeks to receive from the manufacturer. Their communication with the customer is abysmal. I got tired of waiting a bought a great case from Amazon - a Torras case with kickstand for my iPhone 16 Pro Max. When their case FINALLY arrived, I decided to return it unopened since I was completely satisfied with my Torras case. When I read the details for their return policy, I noticed you can ONLY return the Magbak case if it is UNOPENED and resellable, and here is the kicker: THEY CHARGE $35 for a 'RESTOCKING CHARGE.' THIS IS HALF THE COST OF TH CASE. They are out to rip people off that decide to invoke a return by charging exorbitant return fees....I have never seen this level of restocking fee by percentage with any other item...EVER...in my life. Buyer beware.

That's why I'm switching. The iPhone updates slowed my phone to a crawl...almost unusable... and since they won't let you go back and download the previous update (that worked) it proves they are doing this on purpose and don't want your iphone to work better...but slower...suppsedly so you'll go out and buy a newer iphone. It's called "obsolescence." But what they don't realize is...I and others like me, are not that stupid. This just makes me MAD! Mad enough to even choose an inferior product just to get away from them! But, fortunately it looks like I don't have to. From everything I've seen...Android is better anyhow. 🔥Burn in hell iphone!🔥

I just wanted to try iPhone and my daughter was dying for one. So I got a iPhone 13pro max. Apple is too complicated especially when you have been using android for 20 years. You find how quickly you get used to android. Google gives you more storage and more free apps. My life is google based and I can’t convert or import a lot google based apps. Hell I operate 4 emails. So basically I have 2 phones on one android device. Apple allows me access to one at a time. iPhone storage is smaller than google. The ability to adapt to because there is a standard for any android device (Samsung or LG or etc) is the best feature. The same ability to monitor and control my child’s phone was done through google just like iPhone. Nothing has convinced me to stay. In fact I’m going back to my note9 today.

I always was skeptical with Apple but now I see myself Using an iPhone, iWatch, AirPods, and Mac. I really love my AirPods auto switch audio to the device I am using. I love my boarding card ready in my Apple Watch just installing it in my phone. But those prices when you want an upgrade… that is really bothering me

Yeah I just received my case today from magbak. Unboxing experience was completely ruined. They sold me a returned case. Opened the bubble envelope and noticed the elite case and all the stuff that's supposed to be inside a black plastic box was outside in a clear bag with the black plastic box. Then when I opened the black box that contained a screen protector, the pegs that's supposed to hold the screen protector for alignment were broken. Only half my order was shipped to me with no notification from them that the accessories will come later. No communication. So not only do I pay for a brand new case and receive a used one, stuff that I paid for is useless. Good thing these KZbin influencers got their free case and accessories at the same time to promote their product. Is peasants that pay will have to wait until KZbin is fulfilled. So disappointed and angry at this company. Also their answers to all of this is to send me a screen protector and now I have to manually aligned the screen protector myself. Also tried telling me it was USPS that damaged everything when the envelope wasn’t even damaged. The black plastic box didn’t even have exterior damaged. This is a trash company that’s refusing to admit they sold me a used product.
