Probably because they haven’t really shipped them yet I ordered the case 4 weeks ago and just got an email saying they won’t ship the case till the end of October but offered me a temp case that doesn’t have the magnets in it

Finally got my case in and had to come back to drop a quick review for the 15 PM Elite Case. Screen protector - kept my Zagg XTR3 on Case Fit - 10/10 Case feel/grip - 9/10 Telescoping Magnets - 20/10 MagSafe strength - 9/10 Case feel - 9/10 (leather is elite) Pinky pillow - 7/10 (comfort 10/10, but I don’t like having to pop it open to use the port) Pocket friendliness - 10/10 Fingerprint Resistance - 10/10 (I have none!) Ear comfort - 10/10 Buttons - 10/10 Kickstand - 10/10 (make sure it clicks in place!) Build quality - 10/10 Highly recommend, and I don’t know if I’ll buy another brand in the future except to have a slim, minimal case 😎

Thank you for the great review. Does the sleek and light case (magbak elite) have enough rugged protection for the 16 pro max? I've been using otterbox defender pro for years but I'm not buying this year"s faulty defender pro case.

It’s got plenty of protection for me, as far as drops go it’s protected, camera bump protection is nice, and the included screen protector will cover you incase you get any scratches on the screen :)

It does,the actual MagSafe magnets aren’t visible, but all regular MagSafe stuff works to including the chargers. I’m kicking myself for not showing that in this video, but I’m going to make another video after using the case a little while longer and I’ll definitely show it in that video. Thanks for watching.

Yeah I just received my case today from magbak. Unboxing experience was completely ruined. They sold me a returned case. Opened the bubble envelope and noticed the elite case and all the stuff that's supposed to be inside a black plastic box was outside in a clear bag with the black plastic box. Then when I opened the black box that contained a screen protector, the pegs that's supposed to hold the screen protector for alignment were broken. Only half my order was shipped to me with no notification from them that the accessories will come later. No communication. So not only do I pay for a brand new case and receive a used one, stuff that I paid for is useless. Good thing these KZbin influencers got their free case and accessories at the same time to promote their product. Is peasants that pay will have to wait until KZbin is fulfilled. So disappointed and angry at this company. Also their answers to all of this is to send me a screen protector and now I have to manually aligned the screen protector myself. Also tried telling me it was USPS that damaged everything when the envelope wasn’t even damaged. The black plastic box didn’t even have exterior damaged. This is a trash company that’s refusing to admit they sold me a used product.

That is really odd and makes no sense, they are known for their customer service, anytime a package goes through customs, customs is allowed to open the package. Did it go through customs? And who did you talk to at magbak support?

⁠@@Dalton_Parkernope. I live in the us. Person I’m speaking to there is Kim. She offered me a free screen protector. Still no update on the accessories. No offer to just exchange out the product. They told me it was absolutely brand new and damaged in shipping and that the products fell out during shipping. It’s physically impossible for the plastic label to even be cut while shipping or for the products to even fall out given the fact that the bubble envelope is similar in size to the products packaging. I’ve now disputed this with the credit card company because I’m very unhappy. All they could have done was say sorry about your experience and how can we make this right. All I’m looking for is an exchange of the product and instead I’m getting denial in my accusations and a screen protector that I now have to manually align myself. I’m not even going to waste my time with that. So I’m sorry to say it but they have horrible customer service.

I recently purchased Peak Design's Everyday Case. It's great, but after seeing this one, I almost regret buying the case from PD. It has everything except a stand, and having a built-in stand would add a lot of value. I had to buy a separate tripod, which is also great in terms of usability, but it's bulky and heavy.

lol there’s no scam, as I said in another comment there will be another updated video showcasing me using after I have actually used it in the real world for a couple weeks, this was an unboxing of sorts, but yes I agree I should have at least shown the MagSafe strength with an Apple charger

The silicone is more like the Apple Watch band - it's not sticky but soft to provide grip
