At 5:20 the Sheik is "feeling" the gratification of the hold down in his trunks...look how he's straightened his back up, puffed out his chest, and is enjoying the "spasms" of manly, alpha-feeling, pleasure as he's drilling himself into the loser's aching back

As others have pointed out this was the last NWA show on Channel 11 - if they would've treated Larry Matysik properly they could've kept St. Louis and Channel 11 for quite a while longer

No one mentioned that he did the EXACT same skit in French joke for joke. It's not the only clip here I've seen of Floyd doing a skit in English that he did in French before (or after).

My absolute favorite wrestler in the 1980s, Tom Zenk. The body, the punishment he receives, and the awesome way Tom would take a bump and sell it.

Im from Detroit and saw a lot of these boys in the late 60s and early 70s. Those were epic times for pro wrestling.

I always loved when Harley Race would headbutt Bobo and the ill effects would ricochet and backfire back onto Harley. You couldn't do that now days, but boy it would get a good pop.

What a weak camel clutch! Sheik is lucky he owns the territory. He is old, out of shape, not much larger than an average jobber, has no move set, no athleticism. All he does is make faces.

George Cannon. The greatest rivalry was the Sheik and Bobo Brazil. They really delivered at Cobo Hall in Detroit. All gone but legends still.
