I can't imagine what my life would be like if I had not sleep trained both my kids. It has literally saved my sanity. It also helped that both my kids took to it by the time they were 2 months old.

One of my friends who is separated from her childrens father always buys him gifts for birthdays, Christmas etc and says it’s from the kids.
