This honestly, game development is hard, I've gone solo on Roblox for a long time and teams tend to not be worth it because well, they are full of new aspiring developers under the age of 16 that don't know anything about game dev but love to dream. I'd definitely say though that if you're making a single player game that you know is good you're better off with godot or unreal. But Roblox makes your game a lot easier to find and they provide servers at no cost. If you want to make a successful game on Roblox you need to leverage these parts and it takes knowhow. That said, I think the entire point of the vid and the lawsuit is that Roblox is promoting people to make games because they can earn money, and honestly, that 's something for the parents and a reality check for the kids. What do I mean? Well if your kid is obsessed with making a game and dropping everything else, then do something about it, and if they make a game and it isn't successful then that's what we call a reality check, or, something that a lot of kids aren't allowed to have anymore

I did a presentation of Roblox child labor at school a few weeks ago and it is indeed not Roblox's fault, the kids just want to make games and Roblox just gives them what they need for free, plus they can take breaks whenever they want or just abandon their entire project if they felt like doing so. I'm personally a low-tier dev but I make games cause I get bored a lot.
