Insane how Roblox took more action on Simbuilder than pedos (banned him and supposedly banned him from ever using Roblox?). I get why they took action on him, but the fact they don't have this level of seriousness on most preds is sad.

@@qed7356 Unsure since I'm no legal expert, but I was thinking about how Roblox's team that investigates these ONLY seems to react if they're a verified user or in the star creator program. Their safety team seems to not bother investigating at all if the user in question isn't partnered with Roblox. Normally that logic is understandable but in this case it's a seriously bad look for Roblox.

@@qed7356 Swore i replied but it got removed or filtered for some reason. But Tl;dr, I'm not a legal expert but I won't be surprised if most of the evidence on people here are verifiable in a court of law.

@@qed7356 If you're talking about simbuilder, he had an automatic firearm with multiple rounds. But if you're talking about preds, well maybe not or yes. There is no photo proof of them having child/human trafficking in their gallery, therefore it is not verifiable.

@@Dawgijustlostmy We don't actually know if he was planning on shooting up the convention or not. He's from a state where having concealed firearms in your vehicle is much more normal than over in a far left state like California. Just because he had guns in the vehicle doesn't mean he was going to use them, well, at least inside. A lot of people have them in their cars for self defense, so in the event that he was still in his car, and someone tried to rob his vehicle or cause any harm, if he had the window rolled down, he could shoot at them for instance. And again, for all we know, he left them in his vehicle. When he had the confrontation with police, which had already exited out of his vehicle, he wasn't armed.

@@Official_Anonymous Simbuilder already was known to not be in the best place mentally. He had been known for being completely out of pocket for years. One example would be him reporting another dev as an employee despite them not working with eachother for quite some time, causing some issues when it came to reporting taxes and the IRS.

At 2023 i felt angry that rdc was shut down. Now i feel bad that simbuilder has bad start that he lost everything. He atleast learns from his mistakes.

Since when did they let prisoners have access to the internet??? lol crazy how simbuilder was that bored in prison that he just read a bunch of random wikipedia articles and some about computer science.
