I wonder if Deus Ex will ever get a sequel. If Half Life finally is, maybe there is hope, but what studio would take the Deus Ex IP and do something awesome AND have it sell a load of copies while having a AA budget

What If something from the miniature Dungeons and Dragons world began to manifest in the real world, it could lead to a series of incredible and potentially chaotic events. Here's a possible scenario: _The Unleashing of the Realms_ As players engage with the game, the boundaries between the miniature world and reality start to blur. At first, it's subtle: - Miniature creatures from the game, such as dragons, goblins, or beholders, begin to appear in the real world, albeit in a miniature form. - Players find themselves face-to-face with life-sized versions of their in-game characters, who seem to have developed their own agency and motivations. - The environment around them starts to shift and change, reflecting the landscapes and climates of the D&D world. As the phenomenon grows in intensity, the distinctions between the game world and reality become increasingly tenuous: - Epic battles between miniature armies rage across kitchen tables, living room floors, and even city streets. - Players must navigate the challenges of their everyday lives while also managing the consequences of their in-game actions, which are now spilling into the real world. - The very fabric of reality appears to be unraveling, as if the rules of the game have become the new laws of physics. In this scenario, the players must find a way to restore balance between the two worlds, navigating the blurred lines between reality and fantasy to prevent a catastrophic convergence of the two.

Ff2 has a horrible lv up system. I’ll give you that. However, I feel like no one talks about the fact that its story is really good and especially so for when it was released. Ff1: go get crystals. Ff3: More crystals. Ff2: after having lost your parents and your village you and your friends are saved by the Rebelion and you must go and try to save villages except you discover the enemy is building a massive airship and you need to to stop it. You manage but it’s too late and all those lovable NPCs are dead… You then discover a traitor in the ressistance and then you go help the Resistance Mage by going to a magical land where you must learn the local language then head to a tower where the mage kill’s himself to save you, and in turn the world. With the OP magic you got, you head to the enemy palace and blow it up… but as you do that the king is actually inside a magic tornado that destroyed the villages still standing (RIP more NPCs…) You end the tornado but the king shuts himself in a magic temple. You go in, kick his ass and Yippee. Boom. So stop insulting it.

How many steam accounts were created because of black myth? I think that's a big part of the story too, introducing lots of gamers to a new (to them) space!

IX the best cut the crap TJ, IX is a pile of crap with the worse protagonist in any FF game Steiner, Dagger and Vivi are seriously annoying characters, story is shallow, music is poor, battle system is the worse ever in a FF game and the game lacks polish. FF IX should be in position 25. Awful awful mainline FF game. FFVIII is the greatest ever JRPG ever made.

My personal ranking of the mainline non MMO ones is: 1. FF IX 2. FF X 3. FF VI 4. FF XII 5. FF VII 6. FF V 7. FF VIII 8. FF IV 9. FF XIII 10. FF I 11. FF III 12. FF XV 13. FF II I think this review ranked 8 a little highly but I understand the other placements (this is coming from someone who's first FF was 8 btw)
