I like the version in which you pull the switch, the trolley goes flying into the sky and fly right into the child hospital while freebird playing on a background

At the end of day being smart isn’t about knowledge, it’s about having the capacity to learn and solve problems. It’s crazy how you can convey your intelligence without ever dropping a single piece of knowledge/trying to explain something

Please, dont eat three eggs every day if you dont want to die of heart attack. Eat it only for the period of losing weight and then reduce it to one egg a day or less

Quality sleep.... Bro its 4:06 am, I'm 16 and running on rage from playing Ghostrunner 2 on hardcore, I eventually turned the game off and started working out instead of doing other worse alternatives

The intermittent fasting is definitely the way to go for me. I will keep eating a decent amount of junk food, because i can still be in a deficit. It’s way easier for me to just keep thinking about the fact that i can pig out later, than it is to prepare what (to me) is boring food and eat it 3-4 times a day, in an infinite cycle of depressing meals. Food is very important to me however. Sugar free drinks definitely help as well in this pursuit. I will also add alcohol free beer to the list, as it has a 2 fold benifit of reducing alcohol intake and still taking care of my beer cravings, while also being way lower in calories, since the alcohol is gone .

Fantastic advice, it's more or less what i've been doing this year, and i'm down about 10 kg (which i'm guessing is about 20 bald eagle-freedom-units). But you'd probably want to throw in a cheat meal (or day) no less than twice a month, it makes it easier for me, at least, to stick to the plan during the weekdays. I dont count kcals on the weekends as stricktly. The idea is to behave more than you don't. It's a marathon, not a sprint. A lifestyle, not a crash-diet.

0 Calorie sodas team here!, lost. 30 lbs so far. Instead of eating junkfood, just drink diet sodas to satisfy your cravings! or even better water! depends on the situation, BUT DO NOT DRINK DIET SODAS AFTER WORK OUT, WATER IS ALWAYS BETTER!

One day I let my PC unlocked in college and a couple of friends ( good ones thankfully ) created a script where I could only unlock it if I could name the whole Krebs Cycle correctly. I don't remember the Krebs cycle anymore, but I did for a long time thanks to this funny episode. Ps. Today one friend is a college professor in Brazil, the other one is a monk in Japan and I still have no idea how they created that script.

Dang… this is the video I needed. My biggest problem I have with myself is my inability to stay on task and get motivated to do things I know are good for me. I get so stressed out with the what-ifs I often delay myself from working as hard as I should. Your channel is an inspiration, from the quirky yet simple art style to the catchy titles and down to earth explanations. The fact that you’ve done this all in less than a year is amazing, you even have a sponsorship! I hope with enough time I can get to that point too, in my own way. Cheers 🍻

I like your video because filter through bs. Also I believe especially age info overload less is more kinda. I get overwhelmed as beginning with all new information. I rather have one 10 hour video with timestamp and helpful description than 30 video 15 min videos that are fun.
