at 4 am you should be sleeping. but yeah if you sleep at 10 pm , your sleep requirements are meet thus you can wake up at 4am. but if you don't please don't wake up at 4 am just be like in a side hustle mentality

HI! I'm Lolo (Lourdes), I'm 20 and I am studying visual arts in Argentina, although I'm trying to change it to art restoration. I'm currently working on expanding my study time mostly (even though this last four- month period is about to end), but I also want to read more frequently and decrease the amount of time that I am on my phone. I can speak English (kinda) and Spanish and I'm completely free on weekends, let's keep studiyng and working on ourselves! :)

How can people focus while studying without mubling or talking to themselves, I can't fadom that. That's why I do so bad in school, I just can't focus with all those dudes chatting with their friends and without an inner monologue I have to talk to myself to be able to study efficently, without it I just sit their, lost.
