I love people who don't make working hard into a big deal, more like the status quo. That's the vibe I get from him. Instead of somebody making it their personality, their personality becomes that. Idk how to explain it better, he just isn't obnoxious about it & very natural.

Hope you are doing good man. I had almost lost interest in studies durin pandemic especially in 2021 after my grandma died. But because of your study streams I again started studying harder. Because of some of your ideas, advice…I came to realise I have a distinct goal in life (especially because I’m a Muslim) and to achieve that goal, things that I’ve decided to achieve are like waking up early like you, getting into medical school, doing charity and so many things. So thank you soo much, your help meant a lot to me. Man. I gotta say that you saved my butt last year. I was so demoralized and everything was falling apart around me. I was close to quitting uni but your video about how you study and what keeps you going, really spoke out to me. I'm not into watching streams and stuff so I have to apologize for not watching you too much, but the books you recommended especially the Atomic Habits one , were lifesavers. I'm glad you're still on track with everything and all I wish you in this new year is that you and your loved ones are healthy, that's everything a person needs. good luck for the new semester! Bro I also have acne, make sure you moisturize a LOT. I stripped my whole skin routine down to just cleansing and adding three types of moisture (niacinamide + zinc, hyaluronic acid, and Aveeno) and I use duac at night (prescribed by GP). For the first time, my face has shown signs of clearing up. @@jayskullz so glad to hear that James! Just finished watching the video, I'm also a final-year CS student (from Indonesia), still struggling as well on how to take effective notes. For this year there's not much theory left, so I usually create mindmaps for the concept and the rest is coding. For the daily productivity system, I use Habitica. I know it from Ali Abdaal and Thomas Frank's videos, if you're into gamification systems you probably like it. Imo it's not really good for complex to-do because it's kind of hard to organize it there, but for daily things and habits it works super well for me. Good luck with your classes and thanks for this wholesome video James, ah yes you should give acting a try!

Jamess I've missed you so much! Your streams really got me through some tough times - like a kind of anchor through a lot of darkness. They helped me focus, and still do actually. I'm so glad all the scrutiny and pressure didn't make you stay off KZbin permanently. We'll be around for whatever you feel good about sharing. Good luck with everything! 🤗❤️

I just started Accutane too! Good luck to us! My skin has been really bad since I was 13 and I'm 20 now. It helps to see people going through the same thing. Wishing you the best! :)

Happy New Year James!! I studied with your streams last year and it was the most productive time of my life but due to bad health I fell off and failed my competitive exam, I'm gonna give it again and this time come through. I want to thank you with all my heart for inspiring me and being a motivation. You're a very genuine and kind person and streams like this where you talk about your goals and dreams are so amazing. Wishing you all the best for whatever path you choose to, you're gonna be amazing everywhere. Take care, have a wonderful semester. Thankyou ♥️

Hi James! I have been on accutane two times and my dermatologist said that my skin was the best skin he's ever seen on someone while they were on accutane. I was not dry at all, so I thought I would share my skincare routine with you! (I've shared it with other people too, and they've had great results :) ) Products: cerave hydrating cleanser (really, really gentle cleanser) dear klairs supple preparation toner (i used the scented one, but there's an unscented one too if you're sensitive to fragrance) the ordinary hyaluronic acid (great for moisturizing, make sure to use this with damp skin, which is what the toner is for, it works best that way!!) cerave moisturizing cream (not the lotion) the ordinary rose hip seed oil (doesn't just help with moisturizing, it also helps evening out the skin tone and fade acne scars!) eucerin acute lip balm routine: morning: wash face with the cleanser and PAT face with a towel. Then take some of the toner in your hands and pat on your face (will prepare for other products and balance the ph level on your face). Take a few drops of the hyaluronic acid on your face. Lastly, use the moisturizing cream all over face (side note: i wore makeup with spf in it so i didn't use any specific sunscreen but definitely continue using that sunscreen everyday!). night: same routine except use a bunch of rose hip seed oil (like 5-6 drops) all over face last to lock in all the moisture. and for the dry lips I used the eucerin lip balm CONSTANTLY (+BIG layer before bed) and didn't have dry lips at all! Hope this helps!
