where is the condensate diverted to?
@BrianWatersOutdoors
@BrianWatersOutdoors 23 сағат бұрын
It doesn’t condensate, or need to drain basically. There’s a spinner ring that splashes the condensation back onto the condenser to cool it down. There’s not even a drain plug. Same is true on most newer window a/c units.

I have a 45o watt stick vacuum It will bog out the generator Since it was new I have a 250 watt mini blender It does not like when I use that So what will get this thing to work the way that it's supposed to I just cleaned the carburetor Don't know that it needed it but I did it anyways because I use the blender In about 2 minutes later it stopped working and I haven't been able to get it work since

I can’t tell. But honestly don’t care about mpg. She’s a 7.3l gas v8, so MPG is going to be terrible no matter what.

Buyer beware: the Weigh Safe hitch is not compatible with BAL NXG travel trailer frames. This is the frame that my 2024 Jayco Jay Feather 21MML is on. The frame has a wide flange/lip near the coupler which does not fit between the ball and the adjustment bolt of the Weigh Safe. I had to return the Weigh Safe and pay for shipping, which was not cheap for due to its shipping weight. Ironically, I ended up going with an Equal-I-zer. Glad to hear the video maker was happy with that hitch.

great video and info. I like a lot of the mods you have done. Similar to my truck. One note with the tires is as they wear out they will make noise. I did the chalk method and air them down to keep the tread level. The ride will be better and they will last longer. I had 295 65 r20's and not that it is a big deal but the difference is noted also on the actual MPG as well as odometer when you sell the truck. I have since switched to a Carli 3" level, 37's and bags and went to 5 star for tune and Speedo and shift adjustments on my 7.3. Subscribed

Oh Brian, all that room in your truck and no extra blankets. 🥺 Hopefully you pack an extra from now on. I use a weather app called Weather Bug and I love it! In the PNW (WA State for me), you're dealing with a lot of drastic high and low temps due to the coastal and mountain climates or eastern side high desert, so I'm in the habit of checking the weather to dress accordingly. I really recommend it for where you live because it has a lightning map with warnings and real time radar that you can track storms. It gives pretty much all weather warnings as well and is pretty accurate. You should give it a try, you can check the highs and lows so you can pack the right gear and be better prepared. You can never have too many blankets. 😉 Loved the colab!

The DC power port will not run the AC it only charges the battery. The solar only runs the fan not the compressor.
@LowOnCash
@LowOnCash 3 күн бұрын
The problem with your installation is the intake is outside instead of inside the camper so yor cooling hot air rather than chilled air in the sleeper. Plus you are pressurizing the cabin slowing the fan down workiing the motor extra hard. Get that intake inside the camper it will work twice as good. Mike

Hello and greetings from Georgia, USA. What an amazing build! Thank you very much for sharing this. Hopefully, I can construct something similar to this for my 2006 Dodge RAM. As you mentioned, the heat is already on! I’m in my mid-40’s and will tough it out from time to time, but it seems that the heat has certainly made those trips few and far between lately. That being said, this modification gives us the opportunity to get plenty of good rest, so we can enjoy any other outdoor activities to the fullest! Also, that’s really cool that you mentioned the other content creator’s who helped inspire your build. Take care Brian, - Chris from Georgia🇺🇸 (New subscriber here)👍🏻

Brian, quick Bluetti question. I have an AC240 with B210 expansion. I will be operating a refrigerator cooler on this camp trip which has A/C or D/C capability. Is one better to maximize battery?
@BrianWatersOutdoors
@BrianWatersOutdoors 5 күн бұрын
D/C is way more efficient. Just to run the a/c inverter takes more power just to keep the inverter running. Plus, you’re essentially converting dc to ac back to dc. So, just go straight dc connection to your cooler👍🏻
