Yes!!! This is so important! It's difficult for a person experiencing suicidal thoughts to reach out for help. I've been accused of seeking attention and it made things worse. Thankfully, I've been blessed with people, who have listened without judgment and have saved my life ❤ Thank you Kevin for your encouragement and saving my life so that I can still be here ❤

Kevin, I watched the documentary The Bridge. You said when you hit the water that you felt a presence that was chilling ,scary as if you crossed over to another side. Could you describe it in more detail? I believe there is something after all of this. UK

Hello kevin my name is Anjelica. Im going through lots of mental pain, I'm addicted to Xanax I'm just an emotional mess. I watched a couple of your videos I have your book. I haven't read it yet it was giving to me 6 months ago I've been so depressed i haven't read it but I will. So anyway i am having a hard time i don't feel like i can talk to my love ones, i don't need them to think oh god Angie is going to lose it. I have many of the same mental illnesses as you, i was recently diagnosed with cptsd. I really need help but I'm not really feeling like I wanna go. I know I need to go but I just don't want to. What can I do? I live in Baltimore MD and been in just about every psych ward that they have i just really don't think they help. What can I do because I'm really running out of options and I don't know how much more I can take before I break. Hopefully you get this.

Kevin I have finally found answers on how to recover from my anxiety/depression/dissociation disorder. I found that through interoception amd neuroplasticity I can heal. I would advise that you take a look at interoception/polyvagal theory/trigger disensitization. With a lot of work we can enter a regulated nervous system. Sleep and self-transformation, diet are also key. But find anyways to keep your body in a relaxed state. You can't have fight-flight intrusive thoughts in a relaxed body. You have everything else locked in. I have to stop watching mental health videos so that I can through neuroplasticity begin to stop thinking about symptoms. So it is a goodbye for now as I grind for my recovery. Before I do that I want to tell you that you were instrumental at my very worst days and moments. When the horror and torment of my experience was beyond comprehension and that cold, cold hell that was eating at me your voice was the only one that could reach me so I could just bear the second and survive those days because I couldn't make them through. Sending you love, power and grace. And wish good fortune to the rest of your family Margaret, Patrick and Debra Hines. Thank you Kevin.

I never understood depression when I was young. When my elderly father started suffering, I was totally bewildered because he was so loved. As I age, and as everything that I ever had was taken from me, I see poverty and loneliness looming, losing my entire family... I get it.
