Your story truly changed my life, I have your newest book and I read it recently. I live with mental health struggles everyday and your tips and videos help me with that. I tried 23 minutes of vigorous exercise and I truly feel better since doing that. I don’t feel as hopeless as I did months ago. I still struggle everyday but I feel better. I once saw a video of you where you said you are a million times greater than your worst mistakes and you saying that changed my life because part of the reason I have these thoughts is because of my past. I live with chronic depression and you helped me so much. Thank you so much Kevin. ❤❤
