Don’t Let Anything Stop 🛑 You!

In today’s day in the life VLOG, I simply capture a moment of struggle.
My body has become inflamed due to something I ate. It’s been lasting a couple of days, causing very serious pain, but… I won’t let it stop me!
Whatever you do, don’t let anything stop you from achieving your goals, growing towards success, and moving forward from your pain, struggle, or strife!
Give all you can to survive and thrive in this often difficult world.
There’s far too much hate in the world that exist today so I ask you to please…
Pray for peace, pray for Hope, but work toward those goals in your communities at large rather than just sitting by and hoping that happen by themselves .
Give back wherever you can, be kind and compassionate to your fellow human beings.
Give grace where  and when you can. 
Be generous with your time to those who need more than you.
And tell those who have loved you all all of your life that you love them too. None of us are promised tomorrow. Anything can happen.
Be good to each other .

I'm so sorry to hear and see this my friend! I live in Albuquerque. I also have health issues myself I'm almost 33yrs old. My name is Shawn. Unfortunately I've been dealing with pain on the right side of my body. My neck and shoulder. I am constantly in pain. I'm going to see a chiropractor soon. I also have skin issues myself.
