@@jessegarcia4141 not sure on that one. You can call the parts department at the Chevy dealership and they'll tell you... You should call a few different ones just to be sure. Hope this helps

We used to prank people with thunder sheets all the time. In our school and the local mall, there weren't many windows so you couldn't see the weather outside, but a small thunder sheet could echo through the whole building and quickly be hidden.

@@martinsmoto I noticed that the housing for the air filter / tcm is very loose in my car and is probably banging around, you think that can contribute to me having to reset the tcm constantly?

@@ctquezada no, that shouldn't affect the tcm it can withstand high heat, some corrosion, and a little bit of water so I truly doubt the banging would stop it from working

@@martinsmoto thanks for your response I zipped tied the housing today and I still have the issue popping up. Any ideas what can it be? Once it pops up I shut off the car reset the tcm and then it works fine. Could it the a bad mount ?

I have a 2011 Chevy impala and it will go in all gears but it jurk on second gear and that’s it. I can get pass 100miles with the car but like I said it it jurk a little on second gear. I change the shift solenoid and change the wiring harness and the codes are P0700 and P0973.

@ECURE-ok1up hey, code states the tcm so I would change it and see how it goes. It's not cheap but it's better than buying another transmission. First I would just remove, clean and install the same one just to make sure it's not dirty. Please let me know if you have any other questions

Yes... it seems as if it was a power issue. I changed the stator, Rectifier and battery and the problem went away... hope this helps

@@martinsmoto jeez, mine is getting worse with the sudden power loses but it comes back as soon as you accelerate making the bike undrivable almost. I also have some clicking sounds as I turn the key on. I had this problem for quite some time but now it's getting to the point I need to repair it, since then I've changed the rectifier and the battery with no result leading me to believe it's the stvs. I'm going to try to adjust it and I'll update in case it can help someone

Not really.... it just stopped on its own but I did replace the stator, battery and Rectifier. It may just have been that the bike was not getting enough power...hth

@poopsicle1629 if so, that means the dirt won't fall in the cylinder so you should be good either way. When I had that issue though I took a long but thin flat head screwdriver and scraped it off, then blew it out. Hope this helps in the future!
