Today I'll be showing the process of removing water from the driver or passenger side floor boards. the cause of this is your drain plugs being clogged! Enjoy!

Great video. However, once you had it all apart you needed to take off the next piece down on the passenger side and silicone seal that oval opening. That gasket leaks and allows water to drain into back seat floor passenger side. How many miles on your Lincoln Town Car? I used a small gear puller to remove the wiper arm. I don't like the idea of wiggling the wiper motor shaft but you did a fine job getting it off. I would have broke it.

You’re right about everything in your video but also the hood release cable grommet that is directly below the driver side drain hole deteriorates due to age. Water drains right onto this deteriorated grommet, right down the hood cable and into the driver floor board. I’m dealing with this issue right now. I cleaned the grommet and fire wall off and used a ton of RTV to essentially cover the grommet and the firewall. You can buy a new hood release cable which comes with a new grommet but that’s probably more work and also costs more than a tube of RTV. I also fashioned a piece of rubber over the grommet so that the water draining will cascade off to the side instead of directly into my freshly repaired RTV job, just as further prevention.
