TG (worlds best Banjo) has taken sets off Gackt (worlds best Ness), and they are both top 100 players. So I doubt Ness has a +2 (hard winning) matchup against Banjo. You also provide no reasons as why Ness wins the matchup besides "Banjo bad". MuteAce made the same mistake with his matchup chart and then got cooked by TG a month later in bracket. I imagine the same would happen to you. You do realize that even low/mid tiers can have good matchups against high tiers.
