Awesome job. I was at my jeep dealer yesterday here in Canada and saw a 392 Wrangler and noticed the fender flares. I had my dealer order them and they arrived today. I assume these are the same ones you used. Looks like I will be busy once I source some plastic rivets and the tool. Very clean install looks totally factory (because of your attention to detail) that is the look I will always go for on my Mojave Gladiator. Many thanks and happy trails. James Did you use 1/4 inch rivets?

Why didnt you run the wire throught the roll cage? Polaris has holes cut for that purpose?

I was going to ask them but think I'd get a quicker response from you, what reason a deep cycle battery is not used for the accessory battery? Seems it would be better for running battery down?

I have a 1979 Jeep Viasa Comando DS. I'm totally new to all of this and am wondering where I can get parts for it. Some of the bolts that hold the wheel on are broken, so I'm also wondering where I can get replacements for those. Is anyone able to assist me with this?

You randomly showed up in my feed 1 day after I installed the American Adventure Labs mass cargo system. I am sure my Alexa wasn't listening... I currently have a Bluetti AC200l that I have to lug around. I need to do the math and see if the tray battery will be enough. Thank you so much for this video, you gave me some ideas to research!

I installed the .75" ones and you wouldn't think it would make a big difference, but it does. So much more comfortable now.

Just finishing my install. What a pain in the ass!!!!! I have long arms and had a heck of a time getting in there. Also I had installed a foot rest that covered up the bottom stud on the one hole needed to secure the brake module. I really like the Gladiator but hate working on it. Total bullshit. If I was a mechanic today I would quit

Hello I have a 2004 toyota rav4. My main problem is that i dont have enough legroom as a driver. If i installed a seat jacker can it solve this problem by providing additional legroom?

Thanks for the video! Did you notice your winch rope is coming off the spool at a bad angle out the front? I had this issue while installing mine and following the SATV instructions. The one they showed was spun the opposite way and came out correct in the photo. So we have two choices. Flip the winch horizontally on the mount, which puts a wire lug into the front plastic. Or rewind it in reverse and wire it backwards which is what SATV cusomer service suggested I do. I was worried the gearing was not built for that but they assure me it is.

Great install video. I think one issue I have is how ugly the area below the actual fender looks now that you have removed the plastic inner fender. The area I am mentioning is not where the AAL fender went but the area where the plastic inner fender is no longer covering .

I will admit the sheet metal liner parts are nicely stamped and cut, but wonder how tough the corrosion resistance is, plus perhaps having them Line-X’ed for corrosion and sound deadening? You know with those aggressive tires some stones will be thrown. Why not offer them on some type of polymer material?

I know this is an older video. I am thinking about this for my wife's Gladiator. Now that you have had it for a while, would you do it again or experienced any issues? I see you connected the positive of the OEM aux battery to the Genesis system. Did or have you gotten any dash lights or warnings in regards to the OEM aux battery?

Awesome video, i just recently installed them on my JLUR and i am running a similar set up with the steers smarts parts and the teraflex 2.5 inch lift. But I noticed i couldn’t reinstall the sway bar disconnect park bracket that goes next to spring tower because it hits the new inner fender. Any idea what I could do to get them back on there?

Good on you, but not for me. Getting rid of full mud coverage and going back in with half mud coverage. Wires exposed and something else to corrode that plastic does not offer. Did you by chance think about moving your entire front axle forward with the adjustable arms 1/4 of an inch?

Great video - thanks for sharing Did you have any clearance issues at full stuff by not chopping the fenders? Did you find anything to fill the holes in the stock fender where you drilled the pins?
